What does a standard yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. The exact elements included can vary depending on the type of service – for example, sunset trips come with premium snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, while business charters provide meeting facilities and professional catering options.
When should I make my reservation?
To ensure availability, it's best to book 2–3 weeks prior, more so in the high season which is May through September. For business gatherings and private functions, booking 4–6 weeks before is advisable for better availability and to allow time for personalized arrangements.
What is the procedure if the weather is bad?
Our primary concern is safety. Should our captain consider the weather unsuitable, we will propose an alternate date for the charter or give a total refund. We track weather conditions meticulously and will notify you if we foresee unsuitable weather 24 hours prior to departure.
Am I allowed to bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you are permitted to bring your own food and drinks. Nonetheless, we also offer outstanding catering services with menus that can be tailored to your taste. Do note that for safety purposes, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Do your yachts cater to guests with mobility challenges?
Everyone is welcome on our yachts. Some vessels come with more features for easier access than others. Get in touch with us upon booking to discuss particular needs so we can direct you to the most appropriate yacht and make any necessary preparations.
What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
If a cancellation occurs with more than 72 hours notice before departure, a full refund is given. A 50% refund is provided for cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours ahead. Any cancellations within 24 hours do not qualify for a refund, unless it’s because of unsafe weather conditions or mechanical issues from our end.
